The purpose of the site is to provide information regarding all the activities of the company.

Myah strives to provide the most accurate information possible on the site. However, it cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies, or shortcomings in updates, whether they result from its own actions or from third-party partners providing information.

All information provided on the site is for informational purposes and may evolve. Furthermore, the information on the site is not exhaustive. It is subject to changes that may have been made since its online publication.

4. Contractual Limitations on Technical Data

The website cannot be held responsible for material damage related to the use of the site. Additionally, the user agrees to access the site using up-to-date hardware, free from viruses, and a current, updated browser.

5. Intellectual Property and Counterfeiting

Myah owns the intellectual property rights or holds the usage rights for all elements accessible on the site, including texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, and software.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation of any part of the site, by any means or process, is prohibited without prior written authorization from Myah.

Any unauthorized use of the site or any of its elements will be considered as counterfeiting and pursued according to the provisions of Articles L.335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.

6. Limitations of Liability

Myah cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damage caused to the user's equipment when accessing the site, resulting either from using equipment that does not meet the specifications mentioned in point 4 or from the occurrence of a bug or incompatibility.

Myah also cannot be held responsible for indirect damages (such as loss of market or loss of opportunity) resulting from the use of the site.

Interactive spaces (such as the contact space where questions can be asked) are available to users. Myah reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, any content in this space that violates applicable French law, particularly data protection provisions. Where applicable, Myah also reserves the right to hold the user liable civilly and/or criminally, especially in the case of messages with racist, insulting, defamatory, or pornographic content, regardless of the medium used (text, photographs, etc.).

7. Management of Personal Data

In France, personal data is notably protected by Law No. 78-87 of January 6, 1978, Law No. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, Article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code, and the European Directive of October 24, 1995.

When using the site, the following may be collected: the URL of links through which the user accessed the site, the user's internet service provider, and the user's IP address.

The site owner collects personal information about the user only for the purpose of certain services offered on the site. The user provides this information knowingly, particularly when entering it themselves. It is specified to the user whether providing this information is mandatory.

No personal information of the site's user is published without their knowledge, exchanged, transferred, assigned, or sold to any third party through any medium. Only the assumption of a purchase of the site from its owner and its rights would allow the transmission of such information to the potential buyer, who would be required to the same obligation of maintaining and modifying the data with respect to the user of the site.

The site is not registered with the CNIL as it does not collect personal information.

The site contains a number of hypertext links to other sites, set up with the permission of Myah. However, Myah does not have the ability to verify the content of the sites thus visited, and will not assume any responsibility for this.

The data thus collected aims to facilitate future navigation on the site and may also allow various traffic measurements.

Any dispute related to the use of the site is subject to French law. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of Paris.
